Liminal threshold specialists The Samhain Society present their month long collaborative event, online and in person across six venues. Each year, they make Margate the beating heart of Samhain - a beacon for witches, death-walkers, dreamers, artists, seekers and anyone curious about the spaces between worlds. Expect tarot, gothic walks, folklore talks, spooky crafts, hikes, rituals, musical performances, somatic workshops and film - plus their magical fire-lit procession.

🔥 Drag Me To The Club: Hell Of A Wedding
Sat 17 Oct, 9pm - 3am / Margate Beach Club
LGBTQ+ Folkestone promoters Drag Me To The Club touch down at the Beach Club for their Margate debut - a hellish, wedding themed club night. Expect drag performances, ghoulish disco, games, a fancy dress competition and fake blood soaked chaos as you party into the afterlife with your fellow wedding guests.

The Filth Collective - Thanet’s only regular goth night - invite all creatures of the night for their first ever Halloween Ball. Goth rock, post-punk, deathrock, darkwave, ebm, industrial and more, from the classics to contemporary underground as well as alternative drag and burlesque performers who embrace the strange, weird, gothic and transgressive. An inclusive space for goths, queers, freaks, weirdos, baby bats and seasoned old hands alike.

🐚 The Cockles and Muscles Halloween Ball

One of the best parties on the Halloween circuit, the Cockles and Muscles Ball is renowned. A monster mash of disco, Italo, queer anthems, pop bangers and drag shows on the hour. Arrive early - don’t miss the shows. Costumes are mandatory. Make an effort! The garden is open until 10pm with performances outside.
